Fresher legs for the next day
Every landing puts your horse's full weight through the fetlock. Over a show weekend or a hard week of training, that adds up. Put the wraps on after the ride: the ceramic is aimed at the fetlock joint, turning your horse's own body heat into far infrared that the tissue around the joint takes in. Most of it lands right at the fetlock, where the weight went through, supporting healthy circulation around the joint while they rest. Some carries on up the leg and through the horse, but the fetlock is what you wrapped them for. They walk out of the stall the next morning looser and more comfortable.
When owners reach for them
- Between show daysOn after the last class, off before the first one tomorrow. The recovery happens while they rest.
- Legs that stock up overnightFor a hundred years the answer was a clay poultice under wet paper, messy and never quite reliable, or a vet out to inject the leg at $700 to $1300 a visit. Put the wraps on instead: they support healthy circulation through the lower leg all night, and the same pair goes on again tomorrow.
- Horses with years of work in their legsExtra support for joints that have done a lot of miles, as part of their nightly routine.
Comfortable legs mean a horse who's happy to keep working, weekend after weekend and season after season.
Gladiator in their barns

You put the blanket on and a lot of the horses and ponies just lie down and relax.

I noticed some very good results as soon as I started using it!

With young horses, we find that we get to apply and help them relax, take on new lessons.

Snug, not tight
These aren't compression wraps. The ceramic does the work, so the straps only need to hold the wrap in place on the leg.
- 1Opening to the front. Set the wrap around the fetlock, front or hind.
- 2Close the four Velcro straps, snug enough that it stays where you put it.
- 3Keep them on as long as you like. There's no time limit.

The hoofPTR™ Bell Boots
Three sizes by your horse's height, sold as a left, a right, a pair or a set of 4.
Do they come in sizes?
No, one size, for the front or hind legs. Not sure about your horse? Call us at +1-610-215-2004.
How tight should they be?
Snug enough to stay in place. They don't work by compression, so there's no need to pull the straps tight.
Pair, set of 4, or one wrap?
Each wrap is sold as a left or a right. A pair covers the front or the hind legs, and a set of 4 covers all four.
Do riders use them for stocking up?
Yes, that's one of the main reasons people buy them. Stocking up is the filling you see in the lower leg after a horse stands in, and the old answer was a clay poultice wrapped in wet paper. The wraps go on dry in a minute and support healthy circulation through the leg overnight.
How long can they stay on?
As long as you like. There's no time limit.
Can I use them at shows?
Yes, in the barn. Put them on after your round and leave them on overnight in the stall. They're made for rest, not the ring, so check your rulebook before competing in them.
What if they're not for my horse?
