This website is operated by Gladiator Equine and Gladiator K-Nine ("Gladiator," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refunds and Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

Gladiator products are non-powered ceramic products for horses and dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Talk to your veterinarian about your animal's health.

Competition rules differ by discipline and change over time. Before using any Gladiator product at a show, check the current rules of your discipline and governing body.

We work to describe and show our products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, products or offers at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with pricing errors, or orders we cannot verify. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund the full amount.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, may be limited to one per order, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may end or change at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refunds and Return Policy.

Content you send us

If you send us photos, videos, reviews or stories (for example through Share Your Horse), you confirm the content is yours to share, and you give Gladiator permission to use it on our website, emails and social channels, with credit where practical.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, video, logos and product designs, belongs to Gladiator or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Plughz® and Reign Ease® are registered trademarks.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" except for the guarantees and warranties stated in our Refunds and Return Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gladiator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
